After Booking
Throughout your planning journey, I’m here for you—with check-ins, open communication, and a calm presence you can count on. If you’re thinking about capturing the season leading up to your wedding, I always recommend an engagement session. It’s the perfect way for us to connect, ease into the experience, and help you feel completely comfortable in front of the camera.
As your wedding day gets closer, we’ll have a final chat to go over the timeline and any last little details. My goal is simple: to help your day flow effortlessly, so you can be fully present—while I capture it all with authenticity, intention, and a bit of magic.

The celebration may conclude, but your story endures. Within a week of your wedding, I'll share a curated selection of preview photos, offering you a heartfelt glimpse into the moments we've captured together.

01. How do we book you for the wedding?
Booking is easy—First you start here, once we confirm our availability, we will schedule a discovery call when you’re ready. Then you will receive a booking proposal that will include a contract and invoice for the retainer. Once that’s signed and paid, your date is officially reserved!
02. Do you travel for destination weddings?
Absolutely! I love destination weddings and am happy to travel wherever your love story takes you. Travel fees may apply depending on the location, and I’ll always be upfront about those.
03. How do you handle family photos on the wedding day?
Family photos are such an important part of your wedding story, and I like to keep them organized but relaxed. Before the big day, I’ll send over a questionnaire where you can list the family combinations you’d like captured.
On the day of, I’ll gently guide the group with kindness (and a little efficiency!) so we can keep things smooth, stress-free, and as quick as possible—leaving you more time to enjoy the celebration.
04. Do you offer engagement sessions?
Yes, and I highly recommend them! It’s a fun, low-pressure way for us to get to know each other and for you to get comfy in front of the camera before the big day.
05. Do you work with a second shooter?
Most of my packages include a second photographer to make sure every angle and candid moment is captured. If your wedding is smaller or more intimate, we can tailor the coverage to match.
06. What if it rains on our wedding day?
Some of my favorite photos have happened in the rain! I always have a backup plan (and cute umbrellas), and I’ll work with you to find great locations no matter the weather.
07. How many photos will we receive, and when?
For weddings, you can expect around 300–600 edited images. This varies with package length and the number of guests. I deliver a sneak peek within a week, and the full gallery is ready within 8-12 weeks.
08. How far in advance should we book you?
I typically book 8–18 months in advance. Popular dates (especially August/September) go quickly, so I recommend reaching out as soon as you have your venue locked in.
09. Do you shoot with film?
Yes! There’s something so nostalgic about film—it captures light and color in a way digital can’t quite replicate. I love using both film and digital photography on your wedding day to give you a beautiful mix of timeless, organic images alongside modern, high-resolution ones. If you’re a film lover, we can even tailor your package to focus more on film coverage!
10. Do you offer digital scans of the film?
All film photos are professionally developed, scanned, and delivered to you in high-resolution files. You’ll get a perfect balance of the tangible, nostalgic feel of film with the convenience of digital images for sharing and printing.
